Landmark Designs has designed homes for over 30 years, and in that time have created hundreds of beautiful designs all across the country. Many of the designs have been built several times over, giving you the confidence and support of an experienced design team. With our affiliations in the industry we have access to thousands of designs and our staff wants to help you find your dream home.

Plan of the Week Special

With our designs being featured in over 450 newspapers across the country, we wanted to offer our readers something special, thus the plan of the week special. Searching Our Plans

If you know the plan name or number (not both at the same time) you can pull up the design by entering the name or number and hitting search. To search our on line portfolio select what you desire in a home to the left and click search. This will pull up a list of designs to view.

When viewing the designs remember to use the back button on the screen to return to the list. Using the back button on the browser pulls up an expired page.

When entering your desired search, if you limit the search to much, your dream home may have been eliminated, for example if the home has three bedrooms and a flexible den the graphics department may have input the design as either a three or four bedroom.

We ask visitors to focus on the floor plans, as a good design can be converted from country to southwestern or another style with some exterior design work.

Price Guarantee

Landmark Designs sets the pricing for all our designs, but if you should find one of our designs offered at a lower price please contact our office and we will beat that price by 15%. Special promotions excluded.
